Iain Erasmus
Iain Erasmus lives with a passion to train leaders to transform Africa. His purpose in life revolves around the establishment of leadership development movements across the continent that will lead to sustainable transformation. Iain holds a Master of Education (Leadership) qualification which he obtained by completing a thesis on Transformational Leadership via Morling College, Australia.
Between 2004 and 2017 Iain worked for African Leadership Institute (ALI) in Namibia. He was part of the core team that started ALI in 2004 and established it to be an organization that has an impact all over the country. In January 2018, Iain founded LEADERSHIP@VANTAGE after he identified the need to expose young people to intentional leadership development processes whilst they are students.
Thabile Chiliza
Thabile Chiliza is a qualified psychiatrist with a passion to ensure that the next generation of leaders are emotionally, spiritually and physically healthy. She has completed numerous short courses in leadership development and has years of experience in working with young people in various settings including youth groups, mentorship and camping.
Thabile’s track record shows that she is a committed and motivated individual with good relationships with people from diverse backgrounds and that she exists to make a difference in the world. Thabile is the General Manager at Scope Leadership Development and Youth Leader at Every Nation in Rosebank, Johannesburg.
Serge Solomons
Dr. Sergé Solomons has vast experience in Clinical Medicine and lives with a passion to use the neuropathophysiology model for self-discovery and self-actualization to train and facilitate leadership development in spiritual enhancement, personal enhancement and professional enhancement. His purpose is to “Inspire, Activate, Develop and RELEASE the God-given potential in others (especially leaders). He accomplishes this through the 3CTM process- Coaching, Consulting, Counseling, Training and Mentoring.”
Sergé have completed numerous certified courses related to the teaching and training industry, have more than 20 years of experience in the industry and have proven to be a teacher who captivates audiences and inspires transformational action in their lives. He served on numerous boards, training teams and operational teams across various industries and in various cultural contexts and therefore adds immense value to LEADERSHIP@VANTAGE.
Hennie Bekker
Hennie Bekker holds a B. Com qualification from the University of Pretoria in Informatics and Economics but have acquired numerous additional skills and abilities through the years. Hennie’s passion for developing young people is evident through his work for 13th Floor, a youth movement that is all about life change. Their passion is about impacting and growing the next generation through arts and media, and to cultivate growth that changes lives. Hennie was the Director of Business at 13th Floor and is currently a business leader in Johannesburg where he serves at Workhorse Bronze Foundry.
When Hennie was requested to serve on the Board of LEADERSHIP@VANTAGE he committed without hesitation because of his belief in the youth of South Africa and because of his passion to develop their skills, knowledge and experience.
Noxolo Kahlana
Noxolo Kahlana holds various degrees in social development, sustainability and leadership development. She is passionate about Economic Development Strategy and execution thereof; Small and Medium Enterprises support and incubation; Supply chain transformation (B-BBEE); Economic Development support on Renewable energy projects development (REIPPP); Sustainability reporting and energy efficiency programs. Her areas of specialty in business relates to Stakeholder relations management, business development, Socio-Economic Project management, projects monitoring and evaluation, monitoring systems development.
Noxolo’s has years of experience as a business leader in Southern Africa and is currently the Executive Manager: Mintirho Foundation at Coca-Cola Beverages Africa. Her experience and expertise in leadership development and understanding of the corporate business environment adds immense value to LEADERSHIP@VANTAGE and the development of leaders in schools.
